With more than 20 years of construction experience under his belt, Noel Garo took a leap of faith and decided to pursue his dream of becoming a building contractor. In 2001, the dream became a reality when he received his State of Hawaii contractor's license and established N. Garo Construction. Today with the help and support of his wife and business partner, Karen Garo, N. Garo Construction is recognized as one of the best local construction companies in Hawaii and was awarded the 2003 Excellence in Construction Award by the Associated Builders and Contractors, Hawaii Chapter.
